"overall was great! super close to everything in downtown. the train was not an issue at all? i was concerned due to reviews but I very rarely heard it and never was woken by it. i was on the ground level not sure if that helped? The area was fine. Yes homeless stay under the bridge but not once did I see any in the carpark or creating issues. Would for sure stay again. Had no concerns or issues :)"

"We came for a family wedding. The pillows were small and almost non existing, we called for better ones and then slept much better. 2nd day we received some new towels, old ones were left on the floor, dirty glasses were not exchanged and no sugar for coffee replaced. We got that corrected. Loved the bar, bartenders and service at breakfast. Food and drinks were outstanding. Loved the ambiance and location"

"This hotel isn’t what we expected. The Lobby looks like a typical Marriott Hotel’s Lobby, but not the room. Room is clean, bed comfortable, construction is going on outside of the building. Price for the room in WA is the same like the same room in SD, however building in Rapid City, South Dakota is newer and more modern."

"Beautiful hotel with a good breakfast, pleasant staff, fabulous bedding. I usually take my own pillow when we stay at hotels…..not necessary with this hotel. Good strong shower with plenty of hot water. My only complaint is parking. There are not enough slots when the hotel is full. You can actually be forced to park elsewhere on a busy night and make your own way up the hill."
