"This place is so chic, great place to stay in Lisboa and is closed to everything! Breakfast is included and is very complete, with a piano playing during the breakfast time. "Stayed here for 5 nights recently during our trip to Lisbon. This hotel is an excellent location which is very convenient to walk around or to find a taxi. There are lot of nice restaurants within walkable distance to this place. This looks like an older building which was refurbished and modernized. "Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. "Our room was large enough to fit our bags and storage space for our clothes. Air conditioning in the room was well received. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a surprising number of English language channels. The shared bathroom was large and clean. "Really liked the room in this property. Was exceeded clean. Great location. My only issue would be that there are loads of stairs (not mentioned before booking) with one small lift that could only take one person at a time and also took an absolute age to go up and down."

"This is the most adorable place you can imagine, right in the heart of Chiado. The rooms are compact (European style) but the view of the river and city street is marvelous. The front staff was incredibly friendly. Note that there's no lift so you may have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs."

"The front desk staff are very warm and helpful. This location is not in town and not walkable but Uber helps. There are only stairs to the lift so if you have large suitcases like I did it takes some effort. Unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed during my stay. "
