"A nice villa in an excellent location for all the excellent beaches, but in need of some upgrading. External Walls need painting, some of the bathrooms need updating and the dishwasher and toaster didn’t work. The owners did get someone in immediately to repair the dishwasher , but it still leaked when they had gone."

"Our family stayed here at the very end of our Portugal trip. This house was perfect for all of us ranging in age from 8 to 88. It is a lovely home and very clean. There is an elevator that helped the older people and of course the children loved the ping pong table and pool. Alice was there to greet us and show us everything we needed to know about the home and answered questions we had about the neighborhood. "Well furnished. Property managers very helpfull. Property would benefit from a more uniform heating sysytem..our visit was the end of December. Detailed maos of ingress and exgress would be helpfull..not for the faint of heart. That all being said we had a wonderful visit to Lisbon, Setubal and the surrouns."
