This was a lovely place to stay - great rooms, extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff and a fabulous breakfast. Also a great location - very central - so there is plenty to do and plenty of places to eat nearby. Cannot recommend highly enough - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Lovely gesture of finding a slice of cake and handwritten note in our room, the breakfast had an excellent selection and we were asked daily if we wanted any eggs/omlette/bacon freshly cooked. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and it’s rightly in the center, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. We didn’t want to leave - can highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel in super convenient location. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly. We loved it here. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Would suggest for first timers.

The property is in a great location. Restaurants and shopping sites are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and speak English. I just wish they have more to offer in terms of finger foods to go with wine and other alcoholic drinks. Although there's an abundance of other places to go for this, it is the convenience for those who does not wish to have to go far.

We were very impressed with this property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. It is located in the heart of Baixa district within easy walking distance to train and metro stations. Shopping and dining choices were numerous around the property. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We will definitely come back to stay when in Lisbon. We are excited to see their other properties!

The cleanliness, friendly staff and excellent location are why you should stay here. I also had a street facing room with a balcony and the room was perfectly quiet. I would absolutely stay here again. (fyi - the rooms are quite small and there's no desk area, so potentially not great for business travel if you need to work from the room)

I'm glad that Expedia sent me an email to consider Hotel Moon and Sun Lisboa. It was a newly renovated, lovely, quiet, zen place. Contrary to the Expedia listing, the room had a KING sized bed. The walkability to Lisbon sites is excellent. The room is quiet and private. The shower is nice (rain shower head and a wand sprayer). Staff was excellent. We even enjoyed the affordable bar-restaurant on property. Would absolutely stay again and also recommend.
