it was a nice property but id say some things needed updating. the bathroom smelt weird maybe because of some sewage issues. but that aside the staff were wonderful and the area was fantastic about 15-20 mins to lisbon by car

Nice, convenient, affordable
The room we had was very small for two people and two medium sized suitcases, but it was sufficient enough for the price. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The hotel is within walking distance to the train/bus station. We could walk into town, albeit up a ton of steps, buts that’s Portugal! The local buses that take you to the palaces stop close by outside of the hotel. We chose to use an uber/bolt which was inexpensive and a TukTuk ride on the way home. There is a very nice restaurant with great wine right across the street and many other nice restaurants in town.

Beautiful little hotel close to everything. Great neighborhood. Staff was very professional and eager to help. Nice breakfast too. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and comfy bed. Highly recommended

Jewel of a small hotel.
Plane cancelled. Got in late and they got us setup in our room right away. Help getting cars to and from Lisbon. Great location close to trains and tour buses. Great breakfast.

We've stayed at Sintra Bliss before. The girl working when we checked in was great and very helpful. Our room was neat but smelled like mold. There was a lot of mold in shower that needs to be bleached. A dehumidifier in the room would help. Breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Overall a good hotel.

We loved this property. Walking distance to pena palace and national palace. Typical Portuguese food steps away. The staff are amazingly friendly and knowledgable. The rooms are small however the ac takes no time to cool the room. Absolutely stay here again a d recommend to anyone looking to be in the middle of it all. 6 stars

Decent breakfast, quite at night. Young man at the front desk was extemely helpful in answering our qestions. Had the triple room with large bathroom. Close to train station. Would stay there again.

Great Hotel
The room was very nice and big. Very clean and a short walk to the train station and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation, including getting us a reservation which was required. I would easily stay there again. And the breakfast buffet was very good too.

This was perfect for our stay in Sintra. The location is good; it took about 5-10 minutes to walk into Sintra. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly and really helpful, giving us lots of tips for which sights to see when. The room was a little dated and basic but we had no issues with it. We enjoyed our stay here.
