Perfect experience here! The staff were professional and helpful. The room was fresh, modern, immaculate. Bedding was super comfy. Decor and lobby were modern and gracious. The breakfast was amazing. And the location can't be beat. Right across from the palace with a view into town, close to every restaurant and sight. I liked it so much we extended our stay. Definitely will be back!

Hotel is in the historic center of Sintra, close to all the restaurants and sightseeings. Hotel staff was extremely helpful with parking (I arrived by car) and I learned that I had to use a bell at the garage entry to open the door 🙂

The staff were absolutely loving and friendly, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hill side view was amazing and added a special touch to the Sintra experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm and memorable visit!

The location was great. Easy to get to the main attractions in Sintra. The breakfast was nice especially a great view in the dinning area. I liked the extra large bed! The rooms are older and worn, it needs an update! Even though it was summer weather in November , the heat was on! Didn’t sleep well the first night bec it was stuffy and warm. Second night, we turned off the heat and kept the window open to let the cool air in. We sat on the varanda in the evening, which was nice. Also, at 2:20 am was woken up with loud noise, like construction, but it was the recycling truck picking up trash, recycle glass and other stuff! Wow was it loud! Wish they warned you or had sound proof windows like the hotel we stayed at in Porto. Over all it was okay, I’m on the fence if I’d stay there again.

I couldn't fly to Lisbon on Monday due to the floods in Barcelona, my flight was cancelled and impossible to get another one. I informed inmediately the hotel to get the refund and cancel the room. The hotel told me that they can't refund it and didn't give me any other option, e.g. for another day. I will not book again a room there. Price was 122,80 euros.

Very nice. Excellent location. Staff very helpful. Wonderful having a balcony. Breakfast was refreshing and had a good variety. Unfortunately pipes made noise all day and night but still enjoyed our stay.

Honestly, I am surprised this is a 4 star hotel. The good: you can't ask for a better location. Right in the historic center with gorgeous views in every direction. Not too far from the train station and a -15 minute walk from the Quinta da Regaleira. Restaurants and cafés practically at your doorstep. The balcony offered a stunning view of the hills. The bad: staff was indifferent, at best. The room had mould! Mould in the corners of the bathroom, on the balcony curtains. Stains on the walls- particularly concerning, black and brown stains on the wall next to the toilet. Black scuff marks in the bathtub, hair in the grout. The heater would only blow cold and the insulation was poor so it was a chilly night. Not that I could have slept well on a mattress that was pure springs and a frame that moved every time I did. And for an extortinate €19, a breakfast on par with something you'd find included at a chain hotel in the States.

This hotel was s located just 200 feet away from the central historical square of Sintra. If one arrives with a rental car the special passcode from the hotel is needed to enter the area.. The standard rooms are clean and neat even though a bit tight. Breakfast has many options based on your preference.
