First, the property was close to everything, easy access to food, metro, tourist activities, the room was clean as was the property, when you walk in you feel very welcomed by the staff, I travel a fair amount and I can say this that at this hotel the staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist. Would definitely recommend this property, and I would stay here again.

We extended our booking for a day but the room type we were in was sold out so we booked a deluxe (however didn’t want to move rooms). The front desk got us a free breakfast because we didn’t take the upgrade. Room service was spot on, including turn down service.
