"Perfect place to stay when flying out Lisbon. Transport to the airport was wonderful. Great breakfast and dinner. We didn't have time to try the spa but wished we did. I did not have information on the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It would have been nice to know that we could have caught a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Although it is not a far walk, with lots of luggage on the cobblestone sidewalks it would have been impossible.s"

"We were pleased to see that the room looked exactly like the pictures online. We were in the annex section room 207 and had great views of the Rossio Plaza and the street having one window on each side. I especially liked that the windows opened, but when closed had great soundproofing. It was a wonderfully central location with easy access to dining, shopping and sightseeing. We had a comfy queen size bed. The room and bath were small but well appointed and very cozy. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water and very nice towels. Just note there are no facecloths. Our room was right by the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good. We had paid ahead for it to be included with our 3 night stay. Housekeeping was good. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with information and booking us a tour to Sintra. They spoke English very well. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and to stay here again. "

"Close and convenient to airport. Late night buffet available when we arrived. Airport shuttle service even with terminal within walking distance (it was raining so shuttle was very appreciated)."

"The hotel room we had was Locke studio with balcony. Balcony is not private with no dividers between the other rooms so you have to keep your door locked. View from the balcony is of the pool below, which is nice. The rooms overall are all very small (as a Canadian) and the beds as well. However, bed was comfortable and clean. Kitchenette was stocked with utensils and very clean as well. Laundry machine easy to use. Toilet is VERY small and squished, hard to use if you’re tall. Shower is clean no mold or soap scum. Water pressure is good but doesn’t get hot enough. Elevators in the hotel are slow but everything else is good. "
