"Great part of the city for people who want non-touristy neighborhood. 2 bedrooms off living room very noisy until 3 a.m. from restaurant and wine bar downstairs, even with shutters closed. "We were not aware until final check-in instructions that cars cannot access the area; we were dropped two cobble-stoned hills away with all the luggage from the 5 weeks of golfing prior to our week in Lisbon.
