"Hotel and staff were great, good proximity to the Wharf. But $150 in Amenity fees is dumb and very misleading. If you’re going to charge more just put it in your rates. But don’t charge additional for WiFi and fitness center and coffee which are typically included in rates. That just makes people mad."

"Pool and hot tub was beautiful. Breakfast room was really cute and food options were great. Only request would be to stop using single use plastic ware for utensils. Staff was very friendly. Loved the surprise massage chair in the room. Overall very good experience here."

"It was a perfect stay, we were in the spa suite which was quite large, extremely clean and had an amazing Jacuzzi bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, but I would strongly suggest them to add to softer down pillows for the king-size bed. It’s something I would definitely go back. Highly recommend Longfellow hotel."
