"This was our first time staying in a Mercure. The location was ideal for us, close to the centre but not too busy and more reasonable price. The lounge and bar downstairs was lovely. Nice Christmas decorations too. Check in was easy and efficient. Room was great, very clean, everything we needed. "We were attending a show and this hotel was within walking distance. The hotel was grand and comfortable. It was clear to us that the fabric of the building is tiring and lacks some facilities.
