"The staff was great! The amenities were great! I own a maintenance company so it is an area they need to take a look at. Our Spa tub filled VERY slowly and drained even slower. The skylight about the toilet leaked during the rain in room 26. None of these issues would prevent me from going again and I would have stayed longer if I could. However, I have bad pollen allergies and something was bothering me since it is 300 years old and has no A/C I had to leave. LOVED our Stay!"

"The place is secluded and peaceful with nice views from the city of Baños, the staff, therapeutic massage and breakfast are enough to make you feel on top of the world. I gave this place a 9 out of 10, for the only reason that if you have difficulty walking you must in advanced suggest to get a lower level room, and perhaps it will also give you a better city view. "I understand the country has blackouts, but the hotel doesn't have a backup power generator; not even for the reception; therefore, there is no lights for the Wi-Fi. "This is my second time staying at the Posada de Arte. I enjoyed staying here because the place is comfortable, and at walking distance from the thermal baths.
