"We love The Cloisters and will stay every time we come to London. You can't beat the price and the location. Also we loved the fact each room has a kitchenette and laundry. And there is a Sainsburys a few steps away. This hotel is fantastic."

"Was a great experience especially having a kitchen in our room, theres a tesco next door as well. The only thing i would say that needs improvement it the noise, due to high winds theres so much noise you can hear inside the room, it can get really loud sometimes so keep the weatger conditions in mind when booking and it is a 10 minute walk to the underground."

"Location is excellent for Liverpool St Station. The property is a bit dated in parts, and the lift temporarily came to a halt a couple of times. The rooms were large and clean. Good for a short stay I felt"

"I was unable to travel due to ill health so gave my trip to my in-laws who are in their 70s Annette made their stay unbelievably enjoyable by upgrading the room I had booked free for them Her communication and kindness to my in-laws was outstanding The Apartment they had was fantastic and they had the most enjoyable comfortable stay I would like to say Thankyou so much and will highly recommend this hotel to others Thankyou again ❤️"

"A good location not far from a few tube stations. Nice area too I felt quite safe coming back late at night. Downside of it being a nice area is they seem to road sweep every morning quite early on! It was a bit noisy but nothing too crazy. "

"From start to finish the staff and communication were great, the check in details were helpful and was where I could book parking. The whatsapp chat to get the parking details were quick and informative. The room was nice although we had an issue with one of the windows that didn't close fully but the reception staff were easy to reach and helpful. Using the Whatsapp chat again we were able to request late check out on the morning effortlessly. The carpark is very handy although worth noting...

"Great apartment. The cleanliness is to a high standard. The facilities are great. Spacious apartments and nicely furnished/decorated. Easy check in and check out process. Receptionists are informative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

I was told it would be brought up even though I didn't mind waiting. I waited for about an hour and a half. When it still didn't come, I had to forget it because I'd be late for a tour. "

"The staff Mehdi and Buddha were very friendly and helpful! Everyone was kind and very accommodating to any needs. Their knowledge of the local area was very helpful when needing to get first time traveler tips to the area! The promontory to a main station made travelling easy. Wonderful experience! "

"Stayed here for the past three visits to London. Staff are super friendly and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. It’s so handy to get to everything on foot. The hotel has recently had a bit of a refurb as we could tell from our last visit. New carpets and bathrooms Would definitely recommend staying at the President "
