The roof top pool made this stay enjoyable. The lady on reception was not very helpful however. We had problems with our bed which we asked if someone could come fix .. no one ever came. There was a lovely tattooed guy on reception who said We could have a late check out and leave our car parked in their car park whilst we went for lunch after we’d checked out and then the following day the lady who was not helpful on the first day told us we had to move our car out which totally ruined our day and made us have to change our plans which put a real downer on the weekend. Staff need to communicate better if this is the rules of the car park. The rooms were small but cosy. Apparently all the beds are the same size because we had asked if there were any bigger ones as we were unsure whether we’d even fit two of us in the bed which for a hotel that size seems unbelievable .. but apart from the unhelpful lady on reception and small bed we managed to have a lovely stay.

Was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. 1. Turned up and they had me down as an incorrect name even though I had the Expedia emails and receipt to show them. 2. After that delay sent me to a room where a half naked man was spread eagled on the bed. 3. Room was way too hot and the extremely loud elevator door bell kept sounding through the room. 4. Asked for an iron and ironing board when I went down to reception, had to go down again nearly 2 hours later and ask, it came 40 minutes later. 5. Advertises steam room and pool open from 0600, steam room wasn't even turned on and pool door wasn't open at 6 so had to knock on door to be let in when someone turned up 5 minutes later, and the cleaner had the audacity to ask me to jump in the pool and fetch some bits of plastic for him, I did. Terrible, don't scrimp, pay the extra money and go to the Novotel or something.

Advertised as kitchenette with cookware, etc. but cupboards empty so kitchen pointless. Advertised as having air con, but there wasn’t any so had to make do with the window up and still unbearable and barely slept due to the noise from the trains below. Bathroom tiny, couldn’t swing a cat in there. Lift controls over engineered and slow. Property poorly signposted so takes a while to find. Room doors slam violently - yes they hurt. Reached out to ARK with feedback in the first instance, they couldn’t be bothered to reply.

The view from the 20th floor was amazing!! I think the property i rented was small, i will look at other options next time. The studio was hot, could do with an air-condition for the summer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we will come again. Thanks

We stayed for one night, as we went to an event at the O2. All the staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. There were no issues, but an earlier check-in, to get rid of bags would have been useful. The room was clean and tidy. Very functional. Good facilities, from what we heard, but as it was only a short stay, didn’t use them. I would definitely recommend👍

Very close to DLR, handy for getting into London. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. However the clue as in the title... studio room. Not much space at all. Bed was up against one wall, so one of us had to climb over. Shower room was very small, had to come out to dry off properly after the shower. No air conditioning, just a small desk top fan. If staying more than one night would definitely recommend a larger room if available. Staff lovely, very professional, friendly and helpful. Didn't use any other facilities so cannot comment on them.

The lobby and communal areas of the hotel are great and really nicely designed. The rooms however are small, no aircon and extremely warm. The hotel is also next to a train track (DLR) so noisy and woken up around 6am due to really noisy trains.
