Welcome!

A classic family home, here you'll find everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The lower level includes the kitchen, dining area, and laundry. The ground floor features the entrance, lounge, and garden. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the 2nd floor consists of 1 bedroom and an additional bathroom.

The living room is cosy with a lovely sofa set, and a flat-screen TV above the fireplace.

The dining area separates the living room with the fully equipped kitchen. Here you'll find everything you'll need to whip up a fresh meal.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 is fitted with a King-sized bed, 1 with a Queen-sized bed, and the last one with a bunk bed (2 singles). All the beds have been fitted with hotel quality linens for your comfort.

There are 2 bathrooms, in both you'll find a bathtub with an attached shower, as well as a toilet, sink and mirror.We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience.

In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries.

NOTE: Guests are allowed to smoke outside the property only!

Guests will have access to the entire home! The keys will need to be picked up at a store just around the corner from the Fulham Broadway station, only a couple of minutes from the property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Waterford Road is a quiet residential street located at the end of The Kings Road.

5 minute walk to Fulham Broadway station and there is a bus stop just around the corner on King's Road

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in or on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Loved the area. Easy to get on busses or Underground. Had all the amenities needed. Great beds. Down falls of loft: Stairs were very steep, bedrooms were a little small and no where to unpack, kitchen was in basement and windows and doors rattled constantly.

Well-remodeled but lacking a few finishing items
The location is excellent and the property appears newly remodeled. Check-in: we were asked to pick up the key at a nearby shop which is close to the tube station but if you arrive in a taxi with luggage, the distance to and from the shop will prove inconvenient. The unit was immaculately cleaned but the refrigerator, though clean and empty, smelled of rotten meat and would not cool to food safety temperatures. Our attempts to contact the property manager using the urgent line garnered sympathy but no solutions. We opted to use the kitchen mainly for drinking coffee and avoided opening the fridge door. The cream we bought to drink with coffee had to be stored in the freezer to keep it safe and not smelling of spoiled meat. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, excellent for a family. We discovered on the morning of our second day that the water heater had stopped working and were rewarded with chilly showers. Communication via messaging was slow but they fixed the problem by the same evening. Unfortunately, we found the water cold again on the 4th day. I fixed it by resetting the water heater. One other suggestion in addition to fixing the fridge and water heater: add a few counter surfaces in the showers and near the bathroom sinks to allow placement of vanity items and shampoo, etc. This place has great potential once it is brought up to livable condition.

Family Football Trip
The location was perfect for our trip, with football activities focused in West London. We used this as a base for games in Fulham, Brentford and North London. The property needed a bit more TLC and cleaning. The beds were comfortable, but the 4 floors were difficult to navigate with the kitchen on the basement level. Expected a few more amenities along with the house. We had issues with the water one night with no pressure to wash. Overall value was good.

Good property once you are in
This property used a third party key drop service which was not the easiest to work with. A different concept for USA travelers used to electronic locks. It works in theory, but it adds an extra step for the renter to get into and leave the property. The property could have been cleaner. Overall the property works fine and I would stay again if this part of London was your target location.

The space was great for a family of 5. The location was very ideal. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The property does span over 4 levels. The kitchen is in the basement. The property itself could use a little TLC and cleaning. It would have been helpful to have a little summary of the property with instructions for various things. The communication could have been quicker with sometimes there being some gaps with responses. Overall we enjoyed our stay but just listed some improvements that could enhance the experience.

Spacious, clean, charming rental
This townhouse has everything— clean, spacious, large bathrooms and large kitchen. Beds are comfortable, plenty of clean sheets and towels. The house is close too the tube and the neighborhood safe and quiet. There is a Tesco around the corner. I would definitely recommend this house!
