Quiet and great location
The proximity to the Elizabeth line is perfect. Being close to Sainsburys is also very helpful. Bus routes are helpful too. The place is clean, quiet and comfortable.

The property was good and sufficient for our need.
The property was good and sufficient for our need. Location was very good, though parking arrangements should be explained better. Carpet and sofa in the sitting room can be improved, but beddings, and the whole accommodation was very clean. Overall nice accommodation.

Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern im Alter von 16, 14, 7) hatten aufgrund einiger sehr schlechter Bewertungen in den letzten Monaten echte Befürchtungen, die sich aber zum Glück (fast alle) zerstreut haben. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da die Tube-Station Abbey-Wood mit der neuen Elisabeth-Line direkt vor der Tür ist und sich auch ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet. Die Wohnung selbst ist kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkt, aber das störte uns aber nicht. Es gibt 4 echte Bettplätze, unsere siebenjährige Tochter hat bei uns mit im großzügigen Doppelbett geschlafen. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist etwas kipplig, aber es funktioniert. Das Bad und die Wohnung waren bei Ankunft sauber, die Betten bezogen bzw. Bettwäsche vorhanden. Saubere Handtücher waren auch vor Ort. Leider ist die Küche nicht so, wie wir es aus Ferienwohnungen kennen. Zunächst haben wir etwas Geschirr abgewaschen, weil einige Teile (Tassen, Gläser, Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr) wirklich verschmutzt waren. In der Tat sind nur 3 Gabeln vor Ort. Spülmittel, Backpapier und Küchenrolle mussten wir im nahegelegenen Supermarkt zunächst einkaufen. Als wir uns dann ausgestattet haben, lief es gut. Ein großer Topf für Nudeln wäre wünschenswert. Beim Essen mussten wir uns aber zu dritt zwei (etwas klapprige) Stühle teilen, da auch kein Klappstuhl o.Ä. in der Wohnung ist. Kurzum: Wir haben die Buchung nicht bereut, finden aber, dass die Wohnung nicht für 5 Personen ausgestattet ist.

Je déconseille ce logement
Logement loué pour 5 personnes. Il n'y a que 4 chaises autours de la table, des couverts pour 3 personnes, le lit de la petite chambre a des lattes qui ne tiennent pas, obliger de mettre le matelas au sol, le canape lit n'est pas le meme que sur la photo, trop étroit pour des adultes, pile usées dans le boitier de l'alarme incendie (obligé de lenlever car il n'arrêter pas de sonner). Humidité dans la salle de bain. Les couettes et oreillers ont des oreoles heureusement qu'il y a des taies et draps houses. Les points positifs sont les matelas qui etaient confortables et le logement situés vraiment au pieds de l'arrêt de metro et de bus

Die schlechteste Ferienwohnung die wir je hatten
London ist eine faszinierende Stadt. Abby Wood guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren. Die Wohnung war dreckig die Ausstattung alt, teilweise defekt und ist dringend zu ersetzen. Die Heizung im Bad und Kaffeemaschine defekt, Die Fenster völlig verdreckt und nicht zu öffnen. War auch nicht nötig da die Ritzen und Spalten an den Fenstern so groß waren, dass die versifften Gardinen im Wind spielten. Das Einzelbett war kaputt. Ich empfehle fewo-direkt, die Wohnung erst wieder nach grundlegender Sanierung wieder anzubieten.

Bien mais peu mieux faire
Idéalement situé à 100m de la station abbey wood et à 100m du supermarché Sainsbury. Niveau propreté :les draps des chambres étaient parfaits les serviettes de toilette aussi mais les couettes sans housse de couette pour canapé lit...c'est pas génial. Le canapé mériterait d'être changé tellement il y a de taches douteuses dessus. Et gros problème :le sèche serviette de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas et une salle de bain sans chauffage ce n'est pas agréable. Nous avons du relaver les couverts et le filtres de la cafetière contenait du café moisi.nous passions nos journées à l'extérieur donc nous nous sommes adaptés mais cela mérite un peu plus de confort

Ferienwohnung nicht bezugsfertig....
Äußere Erscheinung des Gebäudes, des Treppenhauses und der Wohnung unsauber und in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Haustürschloss schloß auch nicht richtig zu, die vorherigen Gäste hatten die Tür offen stehen lassen. Die Textilien wie Boxspringbetten, Couch, Stühle, Gardinen usw. und auch das Bad sahen abgenutzt und unhygienisch aus. Es gab nur 4 Stühle, das Einzelbett passte nicht in den kleinen Raum und war durchgebrochen. Der Zustand entspricht insgesamt nicht der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung war nicht beräumt und sauber gemacht, sodass wir in ein Hotel umziehen mussten. Die Kommunikation lief nur per Telefon, es kam niemand persönlich vorbei. Nachdem wir 1/2 Urlaubstag dadurch verloren hatten, sollten wir am nächsten Tag nach der Reinigung erneut einchecken. Unsere Familie aus 5 erwachsenen Personen hat jedoch vorgezogen die Wohnung nicht zu beziehen, da sie zu klein und zu abgenutzt war. Bis jetzt war das unserer schlechteste Ferienwohnung.
