Refurbished shower was nice, and the check-in bottle of wine was a pleasant touch. Bed was clean and comfortable. However, the sofa and the orange(!) wall were significantly scarred/worn. Also, housekeeping failed to make up my room twice in four days.

Flooring all around A/C was wet and soggy. Bathroom was good but bedroom wallpaper was tore up, room definitely did not look like website pics and breakfast was just coffee and packaged pastry. Area around hotel looked shady. I would not recommend.

Great hotel for the price. Room was cozy yet modern, and has a mini-fridge and a microwave. The staff were very friendly at checkin and checkout (I think it is owned and run by a single family, very nice people). The room could have been a little cleaner, but other than that, I was very satisfied. Located right smack in the center of Canoga Park. Would absolutely stay here again.

Dirty carpet and poor breakfast
Kind of clean, they even provide with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Just the carpet was very dirty, our feet kept getting super black when walking on it. Breakfasts is a scam! It was only a toast, coffee and apple juice.
