It was a terrible experience the hotel sheets had stains on the sheets with seem to be blood and there was hair on the pillows and the last straw was a big roach in the bathroom we left that same night and I’m currently awaiting my refund

First and foremost, booked online via Expedia, and upon arrival I was told a $60 cash deposit was required because the employee was not able to charge me again with the card that was used for the booking. Check in 6pm ish and check out 7am. The front door was locked , but they have a night window and door bell, I was able to return the key. But as I was warming up my vehicle, I saw two female employees walk in to the door. By no means was I expecting to experience a five star hotel, however, I do anticipate a clean environment. Thursday rate $77 total cost $89 the photos will you tell you all you need to know about the condition of the room. The cleanliness is questionable. I discovered 1 large roach in the main room and 1 small roach in the bathroom. The floor was filthy, my socks looked as though I had been walking outside. I placed the towel down in the bathroom and wow the colour change from white to black was shocking. I made sure to place another towel on the floor. The linens were also unsatisfactory, there was long brown hair strands , 2 holes, the towels also had brown hair strands. Plenty of parking. One entrance and exit. Atm on property near the stairs. For a no pets facility, there is a significant presence of stray cats.

I had a great stay at the Express Inn & Suites Ontario Airport. The location is ideal, especially for anyone traveling through Ontario Airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was, which allowed me to rest well after a long day. Parking was convenient and felt secure, which was a big plus. Overall, this hotel provides excellent value for the price, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting the area.

I recently stayed at Express Inn and Suites Ontario Airport and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home from the start. My room was immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and amenities. The location was ideal—close to popular attractions, dining options, and transportation, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel amenities, especially the pool was a wonderful addition to my stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back!
