Beautiful grounds, friendly service and great location. We enjoyed using the complimentary bikes as well. Rooms were a bit tired but the bed was comfortable.

The hotel offer complimentary bikes on first come base, great option to get to know the area. 3 restaurants. Hotel staff are very helpful especially Danielle from the front desk and Angel, one of the hotel drivers. The hotel has a great outdoor Bar. It can get noisy if your room is above the bar. The gym is well equip. We needed to call housekeeping few times to remind them to bring towel to the gym.

I stayed here many times between 2003 and 2006 and it was perfect It’s wearing a bit the outside alternate entertainment areas look sloppy when you come in or walk around the property I think a bit more attention should be paid to cleaning up damaged area Even though the lobby is dated I like the old world feel of it Staff was great from front entry throughout

The lobby stone needs some repairs. The elevators interior metal needs to be cleaned up on a steady basis

This is a beautiful property across the street from the ocean, get an ocean view room! There's a great coffee shop on the main level (Dogtown Coffee/Cafe) - try the lavender honey coffee, it's amazing! The room was well appointed, clean and modern. The king bed was comfy and lush. The only disappointing thing was room service for dinner one night - one knife, fork and napkin for two dinners plus they were to send a menu for additional in room dining, and didn't. The food was very good though.

The hotel was convenient to the Pier, shops, restaurants. It was really nice to offer one free yoga class when staying at the hotel. The room was on the small side but overall felt clean and comfortable.

Kim and I liked our overall stay but there are a few things about the room I must point out. Between the party on Sunday evening that lasted til midnight and the the screaming child in the room next door on Monday, we got no sleep. I was really disappointed with the room not having a larger bathtub. I only take baths and s The door was obstructive to entry and the wall tile covered the inner lip of the tub almost completely. Made it almost impossible to get in and out of the tub.

Would have been a stunning hotel in its day, it’s a lovely property, but really noisy from the nightclub, even on the 7th floor. In room dining finishes at 10pm and no mini bar in room and no store on site. View and sliding door with fresh air and loads of natural light in the room was awesome.
