The shuttle service is always horrible. Every time I’m waiting I see other hotel vans come around twice. Every time I think I’m not staying there next time. But I will really miss the concierge. Great representative.

I'm not sure why they have such low ratings I didn't find anything to be the way people described. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I didn't see any renovations happening. However I did ask for a new clean room with AC. There was some AC problems but not for me. I got an extended check out, My room was clean and it smelled good. The parking was nice not too bad not a long walk. I just wish it wasn't $55 a night. The water was hot in the shower and the pressure was perfect. The AC was cool and the linen clean and stain free. This is the hotel for people who are in town to take care of business. This is not a resort are a hotel where you will stay mini nights, I believe that's where the complaints come from. People mistake the purpose of the hotel. It's very convenient and next to Los Angeles international. I will stay here again. Thank you.

The staff was the only good thing about this hotel they were nice and friendly but when I mentioned our broken faucet nothing was done and they didn’t care. Let alone the vents are full of dust and gross and lots of broken issues in the room and hotel. I saw a roach one night the size of my hand

THEY GOT ROACHES!!!! As we were packing up to head to our flight, a roach appeared in our room near the sofa chair. It’s bad enough that the parking of $55 per day is not disclosed in the reservation with Expedia, but to find out about this fee AFTER you’ve arrived is WILD!!! Expedia needs to do a better job at vetting their potential hotels to assure the customer is aware of ALL of their fees. Had we known we would have stayed at our previous scheduled booking. Fumigate and do better!!!!

You are charging a $350 deposit and the air don’t work in the rooms, they are run down.they need a serious update , the parking is for the birds and they are charging over $60 for parking thank god I was with someone I could have gotten robbed if I was by myself

I like that it's close to the airport and its convenient with the shuttle. However our room was just okay. It feels dark even with all the lights on. We booked a double queen bed, on one of the bedsheets, it has stains on it. The 2/3 towels that the hotel provided also has stains on it. Parking as a staying guest at the hotel is $55/night, which is insane. We ended up parking it at a parking garage nearby (10 minute walk) which only cost us $30/night. Would not stay here again.

Organized chaos. There appeared to be only two attendants on duty for what was a line of more than twenty five people when I walked in. I began to notice hotel guest despite seeing the lengthy line would walk up to the two enployeees (by pass the line) and be serviced. It took 45 minutes for meet to check in. I then walked into a very dated and filthy room. Pillows cases had stains and used tissue was observed on the floor by the toilet .
