I stay here a lot for work. It is close to downtown LA, street parking is easy to find near by. There's free wine in the reception between 6-7pm The restaurant attached is very good and CJ and Adam always make me feel welcome.

It’s very old and there was mold and cracks in the shower wall. There was a bug in the bed. I did like that the restaurant was connected to the hotel but overall needs spruced up a bit.

Awesome location! Amazing Korean food options just steps away. Cassell’s burgers are on point! Hotel staff is friendly and helpful and professional! Loved the free wine happy hour each evening in the lobby! The lobby is simply stunning!! Smells wonderful too. Very clean overall! The rooms are adorable vintage. Comfy beds. Good heating and cooling in the rooms too. Will absolutely stay again!

First time staying here and I enjoyed it. The hotel room are not your typical modern style but the location is very convenient. The staffs are very friendly. Many restaurants and grocery stores are walking distance. The valet parking is $45/day with in and out privileges.

The Hotel Normandie is a beautiful property. It feels like a building from a bygone age. It's so lovely inside, and the rooms reflect an older style of hotel. The bathrooms are quaint, with white subway tile and antique fixtures. The rooms are plain but beautiful with lots of wood, high ceilings, and moldings. I loved the hard wood floors. The beds were comfortable, and we slept pretty soundly even with the single-pane windows that didn't entirely block out the street noise. But that was okay. It was a lovely room and central to places we wanted to visit. The hotel has a wine reception nightly and an attached restaurant that was delightful. The parking is across the street, which was a bit unusual; however, the lot has 24-hour surveillance, and we were fine. All in all, a lovely stay.

Facility is pretty OLD the bath water pressure is really low when shower has good pressure. Need some fix because the even you set to bath water the water drips from shower head. carpet is bit sticky and valet is not really a valet. you need to park across the st by yourself. its $45 for security. If it's same price, I would suggest Line Hotel.
