Stayed here when this was Ace Hotel and tbh didn’t miss the changes. Feels more like an apt hotel (minus a kitchen) which works well for my style of travel. Parked around the corner in a covered garage — easy peasy. Cleaning staff super sweet, as well as the front desk staff. I’m familiar with this area so know what to expect. Loved my room with balcony. Check in/out and access all super easy!

We had a nice stay at STILE. We did a very last minute booking during a power outage as we needed a place to stay in very hot weather. STILE was easy to book and such an easy process all around. I was very grateful. We were greeted with a friendly sweet staff who made sure we knew how to navigate our way up to our room. The property itself was maintained well. We barely used the space and room amenities since it was just a quick overnight stay, but we had everything we needed. My only thing is the area is not the best part of Downtown...and we have to remember..it is downtown so that comes with noise and riff raff as it would in any downtown. Sleeping was tough, but the place is thoughtful about it leaving ear plugs in the room and having black out curtains. There is no parking, however, there is a lot on the corner that allows overnight parking and it's a quick minute walk to the hotel. So still convenient.

I stayed at STILE for a solo trip. For this hotel to be smack dab in the middle of DTLA, I felt safe and secure. They provided unique codes to get in and out of the building and the staff were very accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. I wish they had their own parking garage but that's ok, I was able to find a safe and convenient through the SpotHero app! I will be back!!

Great services and love the energy of the staff. I wish I had time to stay longer. Parking as always is an issue in LA there are plenty of paid public parking around be prepared to pay a decent amount for that. And they don’t allow driving in and out so if you pay for 24 hours of parking you can’t drive out and come back even within the 24hours. Otherwise Stile is cozy and comfortable with plenty to do in walking distance

When I booked the hotel, photos of the pool and rooftop were included in the photos and descriptions of my reservation, the two nights I was at the hotel the pool was closed, the staff at the reception had no idea about the hours of the services. events and they always provided me with misinformation

A big value by the virtual front desk; would like to have essentials (shower curtain, iron in room) esp when the stay is over a couple days; a hand-held shower addition? All said, my stay was pleasant due to the staff's thoughtful focus on service. Thank you!
