I would have liked better pillows. Other than that the property was convenient to shopping, coffee and a restaurant that was associated with the hotel. The free parking was also a great benefit! The staff wee very nice! I would recommend this hotel!

This place was great .. easy to find and parking was always available and close to our room. Staff was super sweet and the entire area was clean at all hours. P.S. we loved the upstairs hangout above the pool. Very beautiful!! We will be back!!

This place is cool enough on its own, but the staff is what really elevates it. The shuttle to area locations is exceptional. Many TV shows and movies choose this spot because of the prime location as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit dated and need more soundproofing, but it’s still our favorite place to stay when we visit this part of California.

The Safari Inn is a must stay hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This hotel provides an authentic California experience minutes from all the must sees. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for three nights. On the final day of our stay my purse was stolen from the pool area. The only reason I even brought my purse to the pool area was because there was no room safe. When notified of the theft, front desk staff was unhelpful, seemed unconcerned and were unable to view any camera footage. They told me I would need to talk to the manager on the next business day, the day that I was flying home. I’ve spoken with the manager once since the incident and was told the cameras would be reviewed and I would get a return call. That was two days ago and I’ve not heard anything yet. I tried calling the manager again today. I was told she wasn’t in her office and was connected to her voicemail. And again, no return call. This hotel clearly does not care about their guests or their safety. I would think twice before making a reservation here!

Clean and updated modern style room. Was very easy check in. Great view of the mountains too. Didn’t like the $100 deposit, but it was able to be applied to food at restaurant next door. Loved the balcony above the pool to sit and watch the sunset.

We love staying at the Safari Inn! We were able to check in early and our room was very clean. The air conditioner wasn’t working very well but it wasn’t hot in the night so it wasn’t a big deal. The shower got really hot, which was amazing, cause most hotels don’t let the temp get to that temp. We’ll definitely stay there again!

The Safari Inn was perfect for our quick trip to Universal Studios. The staff was very friendly and helped us reserve spots on the shuttle everywhere we needed to go - to/from the airport, to/from the park, and to/from In-n-out Burger for dinner. I would definitely recommend staying here!
