The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms felt clean and spacious, the hotel is in a great location close to shopping and dining, the breakfast was great, the one suggestion would be for the hotel to offer more water for guests.

What an incredible stay. From the minute you arrive, you experience the investment made to customer service. You are taken care of immediately and made to feel that you're their most important customer. There's an older service model which believes in providing service over everything else. As far as the room goes - it was a suite, top floor. Incredible view, incredible space, all finished beautifully. Enjoyed snacks and drinks at the pool. I can't speak highly enough of our anniversary experience here, but it's something to experience. Don't hesitate.

Fantastic location for exploring Hollywood and Beverley Hills. The Starline (hop-on hop-off) sightseeing bus stopped immediately outside the front of the hotel. The hotel had great amenities and a stunning rooftop bar/restaurant and pool area with sun umbrellas. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we look forward to another visit soon.
