"If you need to stay in the center of Ballina.. this is your hotel...walkable from the train station. Staff are so friendly,helpful and professional.Check in was easy. Rooms are clean and cozy. The only thing I would say is that there is no Air-conditioning so room was warm. Breakfast included was excellent offering a true Irish Breakfast Overall, i world highly recommend this Hotel to anyone."

We contacted both the property manager and VRBO. We offered to pay for the 1st night and requested a refund for the rest.
