"The cabin is beautifully set on the lake with spectacular views. Everything was very clean and maintained. The drive to the national park was also great. 30 minutes of driving through the countryside. We would definitely stay again if we visit the park a second time."

"The home is situated in a great location. The back of the house faces the Robinson River - it's a very nice view. There are trails leading down to the river, a private pond, fire pits in several locations (unfortunately we couldn't use the fire pits because of the wildfires but I imagine it could be fun especially the one close to the river). There are hammocks everywhere, plenty of space for kids and

to run around. The home is rustic, lots of natural light and equipped with a fireplace....

"There must have been some major mistake: the house was undergoing maintenance work when we arrived for check in! The HVAC was not working and there was someone else’s stuff all around the house. It was very dirty, dishes out on the counters, leaves and feathers everywhere- not in any condition for hosting. A full refund was provided but we drove 4.5 hours each way to encounter this! The Internet was so slow that I could not complete a call so we had to actually drive away just to get in touch...

"This property is amazing! It is new with all the necessary amenities. It rained for a good portion of our stay and it was still fantastic. Very peaceful setting with a beautiful view. The kitchen is great for cooking any kind of meal and the living area is very comfortable. This place is located right near the base of the Shenandoah National Park, so great for getting outdoors. We also took walks right from the house. It was peaceful and beautiful."

"Everything was as advertised, and in fact the pictures do not do the property justice. Very clean, well-appointed, and a nice property for families, kids, or a friends get away. This is such an underrated part of Virginia, with infinite wineries nearby, Sperryville, Little Washington, and Flint Hill within a quick 20 minute drive, and Charlottesville, UVA, Gordonsville, and Orange not far away. The kids had a great time at the river across the street skipping rocks and climbing in the tree fort....
