"This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. We stayed at the lodge. It has been completely updated, but the rooms are still very small. The room was functional though. There was a refrigerator, but no microwave. There was a microwave to use down the hall. There are no bad views from the lodge as far as I could tell. "What a great surprise. Found this by browsing for accommodations while passing through the area. It’s a beautiful, historic Inn with excellent breakfast included. A fine dining restaurant is available in the evening. We stayed in one of the 8 cottages surrounding the main house. Property is beautiful with hiking trails and even a historic cemetery. Staff was friendly and accommodated requests. Highly recommend! We will go out of our way to return in the futur."

"We had a wonderful time at Stephanie's place! The space was clean and beautifully furnished. Stephanie went above and beyond to add personalized touches and treats for us to enjoy! We loved playing the arcade games, ping pong and pool. We also tried out a few of the board games.The location was close to Shenandoah and several local restaurants. We had such a fun time. We will definitely be back! "

"The apartment was spacious, super clean, and the host was nice and responsive. However, the kitchen is not super well equipped (for example there is only one mug, only one knife, no cutting boards, only one small pot and one small pan, etc.) and there are a list of rules that are not advertised when booking such as no alcohol, quiet hours, no eating in bed, taking shoes off at entrance etc. The check in process was ok except we did not get check in info until after 3 which caused some confusion....
