"We had a great room. It was large and roomy with separate living area. It was convenient to all places we were going. Breakfast was good with several choices. Major concern was the front desk staff was not friendly, acted like we were bothering them when we checked in, did not smile and were all around not what you would expect at a front desk. This included 2-3 different people over the course of our 5 day stay. The housekeepers and breakfast staff were very friendly."

"This hotel has 3 restaurants, it is clean and well maintained. Staff us helpful. The pre check in process is a pain. Especially if you're on the road and don't have time to for filling out forms and uploading documents. "

"Lovely, pretty and toney hotel with a spacious comfortable room. Service is friendly and very efficient. Nice expansive grounds. But dining options in this large hotel are limited and there is that annoying resort fee tacked on the daily bill. Dining options in town are also not very expansive."

"The hotel was lovely given its proximity to JMU and other hotels I’ve stayed at in the vicinity. The bartender was AMAZING as were his Espresso Martinis. Would. One back for that alone!"

"I’ve stayed here before and the day and night clerks and Mgmt teams are super helpful. I am a Veteran amputee and there’s never been a problem with accommodation. The place is pretty much immaculate and I’ve NEVER had a problem with the rooms!"

"The mountain views were very nice. There was no breakfast room or bar. Everyone has to pick up the breakfast grab bag consisting of peanut butter crackers, granola with chocolate chips, a banana, small bottle of water. "
