"Clean rooms, professional staff, and the location is prime both for transportation and for sights to see. Only negative was that they tried charging us for using the breakfast service more times than we actually did (we used it twice, but charged us for three times) and they added a minibar charge as well, even though we never used it. Didn’t like that. Thankfully, the concierge took off the charge, but it’s upsetting anything like that is even possible to begin with."

"Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. With a welcome drink and pastries. Efficient check in , and recommendations for a place to eat and drink with a voucher. Helpful information on travel etc. to visit sights. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, buffet style. Hot drinks and water available all day free of charge. Easy walk from the station, and walkable to all areas of interest we wanted to visit. Only down size is some noise from street cleaners in the early hours, but nothing can be done about...

"I had an inside, tiny room. Did I choose this, maybe. Or was this a “cheaper” room listed on Expedia? While tiny with no view, it was clean, well appointed & quiet. Ok for 1 person. The bath was especially nice & updated. The staff were excellent. Very close to the Palace, Cathedral, Opera House, & Grand Via the main shopping street. Not too far by foot to Plaza Mayor & Mercado San Miguel for food stalls. Dinner at the attached cafe was good. Breakfast was so-so, but then I’m picky about...
