Not sure if they understood how cold it was. Later was told that water should not be that cold so apparently our room had an issue. The property and view was beautiful. "This hotel has some major misses and hits. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Yes, it is close to the airport but you still need to take a taxis to reach it. It is not walkable. The beds are very firm as are the pillows. There was only a sheet and no blanket. We struggled with the beds and slept fitfully. There was air conditioning. I would not stay here again."
