"This place is very convenient and walking distance to town to restaurants the market of Papeete. As for cleanness: The rooms need deep cleaning and some touch ups in the rooms. We 24 hours convenience store next door that saved us on a late flight ! Conveniently located walkable to many places! The only down is the roosters are 4 am... but they were all over the island so I guess that's a Tahiti thing! Highly reccomend "
