"The location is in the center of Papette which is very convenient. The hotel suit is spacious and quiet. But the bathroom needs lighter, the bathtub is high, not easy to get out and may fall down easily. Should have a shower door or a curtain to prevent the water splatter everywhere. "We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."
