"Beautiful accommodations. Bathroom vanity mirror needs to be fixed. The mini bar was unfortunately locked during my stay so I could not access the complimentary drinks. Other than that the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Overwater bungalow was stellar. The wood on the deck needs a re-coat. It’s getting pretty patchy in places. "

"Beautiful hotel with a nice modern indoor mall nextdoor. The rooms were large, clean, updated and the AC worked perfectly. Every room had a beautiful view of the ocean. There is no beach but the pool is very large with a helpful swim up bar. The walk to town is just over 1mile and not the nicest path. But...the meal service was soooo slow. The aircon and wifi work very well, the restaurant is excellent and occupies a picturesque waterfront spot, and the kitchenette (with induction hobs) is very helpful, a supermarket is within a 12 minute walk. "This hotel is perfect for the purpose. We had a one-night stay before continuing on through PPT for our trip home. The front desk arranged our taxi back to the airport and wake-up call very efficiently. One thing I wish I had done was arrange a van from the airport to the hotel - instead of paying for 2 taxis for my family of 5 + luggage. The hotel is clean and efficient. Be aware there are stairs before the elevator. Rooms are clean and comfortable. "

"French Polynesia is expensive and this boutique hotel was not only an amazing snorkel location but also charming and authentic. Large enough for me, my hubs and parents to share and the team there was so helpful. But be aware if you go to the area during off season, some restaurants are closed the early part of the week and grocery store has limited hours. So plan accordingly! But the snorkel was stellar, the only better snorkeling we saw was way out by the reef on a small boat in Bora Bora. "
