Kerry was the best I’m nearly 70 disabled and have a 7month dashound and waiting to move into my property so stressful been here 3 weeks now and she was so helpful over and above what she was meant to do I would definitely recommend you ccx

Really great place to stay if en route to the Shuttle. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, spacious with tea/coffee facilities. Shower excellent. Adjacent free parking. Only downside is the poor service area next door. OK if you like McDonalds - only offering in the evening. Even Costa closes around 1800. Good value for money though. Recommended

Our booking was for twin, they offered double with pullout. Reception moved us to (disabled) twin room after I showed expedia booking confirmation. My adult son was grateful! The £7.50 full english breakfast is actual a voucher purchased at reception that gives you £10 to spend at either Costa or MacD, no mix and match, not an english breakfast. Costa croissant was stale.

Unfortunately the dining facilities were limited at the time of our stay. The only places available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel were McDonald’s and Subway and a Marks & Spencer’s food outlet. So we had to make do with a sandwich for breakfast. However, on the plus side, the staff at the hotel were lovely and the Receptionist, Kerry, was excellent.

This hotel is located at Maidstone services, so it is quite convenient if you are heading down towards the Channel Tunnel or Dover. Unfortunately, that is the only thing it has going for it. This hotel is an utter disgrace and should be avoided like a dose of weaponized plague! The rooms are filthy and extremely tatty. The bathroom smelled of rancid urine and the bedroom had the aroma of an old ashtray from a 1970s working men’s club. This is the sort of place that you don’t walk around in with bare feet, for fear of absorbing some sort of body-infesting parasite through the soles of your feet! I could go on about the stains, pubic hairs, flesh-searing shower, inoperative TV and disinterested staff, but it’s quicker to just say, DON’T STAY HERE…EVER!!

No plug sockets beside beds. Was very itchy both nights of staying second morning after a shower I had a tiny flea on me which could have been to why I was very itchy or maybe it was the bedding or even both other than that friendly staff (receptionist) cleaners didn’t change bedding when hung door sign out bedding stained of fake tan sort of looking stuff

Stayed here for a night with my partner and cat after relocating to the uk. the room was.....subpar. There was dirt and grime in the shower that made me after almost 24h of traveling not wanting a shower. Felt like you checked into a locked facility rather than a hotel. Had a ridicolous amount of warning signs about the same thing, like shower is slippery, towelrod is hot. not just one of each, multiple. It was a bed for the night, but we decided to leave early in the morning to get home to our own bed and shower. The one plus, the room was big so my cat could stretch her legs after a long day of travel.
