"We loved the Hotel Had everything we needed. The only wee things we noticed were dirty windows, but we understand the magnitude of cleaning them and that CHCH has a lot of construction happening around the CBD. There were threads where carpet had frayed between the carpet and bathroom. That area is quite hard on feet, but the complementary slippers helped. We loved how central it was, very accessible, friendly and helpful Staff. All the personal touches were really appreciated. 10/10 overall....

"The room was very comfortable and homey, with many thoughtful touches, from the umbrella and yoga mat in the closet to the guest laundry. It was about a 10-15-minute walk from a lot of downtown cultural sites, and there were some nice restaurants nearby, including the hotel restaurant. Both the breakfast buffet and room service were delicious, but there was also a useful kitchenette in the room. In addition, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't know if my travels will bring...
