"We stayed here for 3 nights including Christmas Eve. There was a small delay with check in, but the hotel was incredibly quick to rectify this and this was greatly appreciated. The room was lovely, the view was incredible. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with any queries. "The overall experience is good mainly due to the design and the facilities of the hotel. Elegant design for the room and spectacular view from the spectacular room. The only downside is the extremely slow check in and the service level that are below the standard of a normal 5 star hotel."

"Staff were extremely accomodating and lovely throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was yum! We stayed during the Christmas period and appreciated the extra festivities the hotel put on for free. Location was very convenient with walking distance to public transport close by. The hotel is a very busy area of the city but we enjoyed it. "

"Great location and excellent views of the harbour. Comfortable and excellent transport links, the tram into central is right below the hotel. There is also plenty to explore in Darling Harbour, or get a ferry from Pyrmont Bay to Circular Quay. Only a word of warning, there is currently the Harbourside shopping centre that is being developed in front of the hotel, due to be completed in 2025, when this is complete, the views of the harbour will be lost! "

"The hotel location is fabulous and is next to ICC and within walking distance to many attractions like Sea Life, Wild Life, Sydney Towle Eye, Queen Victoria Building, etc. Our room is west facing, we were lucky enough to watch the stunning sunset a couple of times in good weather. We will be back again next time. Highly recommended!!"
