"There were no hangers in the closet (room 719) and the floor was uneven outside the closet and from there towards the bed, Would be better to have big soap dispensers by the sink and shower instead of those little bottles. Two elevators, seemingly on separate systems - you needed to call them both to stand the best chance of getting one. None of this spoiled my stay, just little quirks that I hope it's useful to know about! Staff were excellent!"

"We visited Madrid to see out children while studying abroad and booking a two-bedroom apartment was an excellent idea as we were traveling with my mother as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, and you can ask for additional cookware in case you need more. There is a Dia supermarket next door that we visited multiple times a day to get various items.
