"I could not check-in using the electronic link I was sent. The check-in staff were very good, but there was a long wait at the bar on Saturday evening as there was no one staffing it, when he did arrive there were no apologies given. There were some parts of the hotel which seemed a little tired, the bathroom we had and the carpets in the corridors and on the stairs in particular. "

"Lovely stay, great accommodation. Welcome box much appreciated. Everyone had their own room, plenty of space inside and gardens. Hot tub, tennis court and sauna a wonderful option for everyone. Bedding and towels lovely. Cooking facilities were satisfactory. Unfortunately visitors are not permitted use of the AGA, leaving only a low level electric main oven for a party of 8. The top oven did not appear to work…worth checking. Use of AGA would have been helpful and we were surprised not to...
