"The front desk team was amazing!!! I had to stay one night at a different hotel who would not allow me store my luggage prior to checkin and Alphenhoff stored it for me even the night I didn’t stay there and then brought my ski bag to my room for me when I checked in there. The hot tub needs some love…but it was massive and in an awesome indoor room. The front desk clerk was a contrarian who seemed annoyed at my questions…yet was so fast getting us more towels for the hot tub and any other needs. He was excellent....

"Location was ideal! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, rentals, and food mart. The gondola was only steps away from hotel doors that takes you straight to slopes. They have outdoor fire pits, and snow area for kids where they can sled or just play in the snow. They also have a heated pool and jacuzzi. We had a 2 bedroom that was extremely spacious.
