"The check-in and checkout front desk, agents were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. However, the restaurant attached the staff was rude. They profile you by judging who they think you are or if you can afford not sure but they were not pleasant and I would not visit that restaurant anymore. Yeah but the hotel staff was amazing. They’re the one I would give a five out of five star with the restaurant that’s attached there. I will give it a zero out of five stars due to the customer service"

Sandman Signature Calgary Downtown Hotel

"We had a great stay at this location, the staff was very accomidating. The only issue we had was that the windows did not open at all, and there was no fan in the bathroom. So when someone showered the whole room was very humid and the windows were soaked most of our stay. Otherwise its an excellent hotel. "
