"Arrived late & left early, no food available, went to the wrong entrance, go to the entrance on the right side of the building, room & bathroom both very large & very clean, will definitely stay here again when flying early out of Heathrow"

Only one computer was working and the issue of being able to access airline websites or emails is ongoing and nothing seems to have been done about it over the last few years. Not what one would expect of a Sofitel standard. "
