"The hotel was okay and that's it! They how ever do not accept any online booking or paid room booking. I had to pay for my room again at arrival as they refused the paid booking from hotels.com. So if you book? Be ready to make payment at property and not online. Overall okay service. Good location and clean too. I would consider visiting again."

"I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. My husband had to be firm to get it fixed two days later. The customer service definitely needs improvement..... and the attendants needs to understand that without guestS they wouldn’t have a job, this also goes for the owner too....staff and management seem very entitled and proud. "I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"

"The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were amazing. The food was great. My only complaint is the musty smell as if the room had not been used in a while. The AC kept us comfortable. The food and room service was great! I will definitely stay here again. "

"Great Hotel! My only problems involved my room. There was no hot water and clogged toilet. The maintainance staff was not the best. The took there time getting to my room and made a mess when repairing the washroom. One of the rooms i booked had an issue with the airconditioner."
