"My wife and I were in town for a Columbus Crew game and wanted a location that was conveniently located in close proximity to the stadium. Upon arrival, the valet was friendly and informative and the front desk attendant let us know that pour room was ready early which greatly helped in getting to the game on time. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast there the next morning and found the waitress very friendly and pleasant. The meal itself was done well. If I had one disappointment, it was that the room did not have a refrigerator which would have been helpful considering that we had leftovers from dinner. Other than that, I would definitely stay at this location again when in town."

"This property is AMAZING!!! Check in/out were both quick and easy! Every single employee I came in contact with was pleasant and if asked went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Special shout out to Leslie, Leon, Holly, Joselyn all were EXTREMELY pleasant with GREAT customer service skills. The kickback and breakfast was GREAT!!!! This is a great place to stay, convenient to everything. Parking wasn't included, but reasonable (22.00) per day. "

"The Red Roof Inn Plus is a great value for the price. Although there are no bells and whistles it is well maintained and has curb appeal. The lobby is inviting, my room was neat and clean and the environment both inside and outside was quiet. My only issue is someone was parked in the only handicapped spot that did not have a valid handicapp sticker and we needed that parking spot for my husband who is disabled. So the management should either add more handicapped parking spots or prevent people from parking there who do not have a true disability. "
