The house has 250 square meters, 100 of them are garage and craftroom, and was built in 2015 on a 110,000-square-meters family-owned estate. Around the house there are 10.000 square meters of enclosure, completely private and exclusive for guests use.
Garden, barbecue, orchard, swimming pool, petanque, swings, ping-pong, etc. Exclusive for guests use. Entire house renting for the whole capacity (6 people) and with a minimum stay of 6 days. Nice weather all year round. Springtime in Winter. There’s a Netatmo weather station called “La Majada” free access for checking it.
Perfect for family holidays. Neither weekends nor celebrations.

Vacances au calme
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans ce gîte. Manuel et son épouse, très arrangeants pour le départ et l'arrivée, nous ont reçu dans leur maison très propre et ordonnée. Elle offre tout l'équipement nécessaire. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain et l'espace chambre / salle de bain / salle de jeux à l'étage offre un vrai confort un peu "à l'écart". À noter, car ce n'est pas précisé, la piscine est sécurisée par une clôture, ce qui est très appréciable avec de jeunes enfants. Parfait si l'on souhaite être un peu isolés et au calme (il faut prendre la voiture pour avoir accès aux commerces, restaurants etc.)

Genial. Un sitio espectacular!
Para esta Semana Santa decidimos hacer una escapada que cumpliera con las expectativas de toda la familia. Una escapada que combinara tranquilidad, contacto con la naturaleza y libertad para los más grandes pero también entretenimiento, juegos y diversión para los pequeños. Cabe decir que la experiencia nos sorprendió desde el primer momento con el recibimiento de los propietarios: agradeceros Manolo e Isa el buen trato obtenido y la sensación percibida de estar como en casa. ¡Fue un placer conoceros! La casa, qué decir, una magnífica residencia de campo moderna con todas las cosas que puedas imaginar para tu uso y disfrute. Está tan pensada que es difícil encontrar algún detalle que pueda faltar: cocina completísima, grandes espacios comunes, como grandes y detalladas habitaciones con baño, terrazas, barbacoa exterior, magnífico jardín... ¡un 10 sin lugar a dudas! Además, está situada en una posición que la dota de unas vistas espectaculares que combinan con una tranquilidad y un silencio que te hacen desconectar por completo. Una zona de piscina fabulosa, aunque no pudiéramos disfrutarla por la época, y un montón de cosas pensadas para los más pequeños (canasta de baloncesto, porterías de fútbol, columpios, etc...). La casa y los grandes jardines están vallados con lo que los niños disfrutaron de una auténtica sensación de libertad y nosotros de tranquilidad al saber que no corrían peligro. Su ubicación es perfecta, para el que desee romper en algún momento con la paz y el sosiego que en ella se disfrutan, se encuentra a unos escasos 25 minutos del Puerto de Mazarrón con lo cual es idónea para añadir alguna cena en el puerto, un helado por el paseo y poder volver en no más de media hora. En fin, decir que para nosotros ha sido un auténtico lujo poder disfrutar de este paraje y que sin duda volveremos unas vacaciones de verano para disfrutarla al máximo.

Una semana genial
La estancia en la casa de Manolo e Isa fue genial, disfrutamos de la piscina, de la barbacoa y también de petanca. Las instalaciones son tales y como se indican. Recomendamos absolutamente la estancia en el Paraje las Rocas.

Naturaleza y desconexion!
Es un lugar tranquilo y agradable, rodeado de km de naturaleza por donde puedes perderte paseando! La casa es espectacular, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar cuidando hasta el último detalle y los anfitriones, todo un gusto haberlos podido conocer, se desviven por sus huéspedes, y además se nota que es algo que hacen de corazón. Al llegar nos enseñaron toda la finca, nos explicaron que excursiones podíamos hacer, que zonas son interesantes de ver, muy atentos en todo momento! Recomendamos 100% disfrutar esta casa y sus alrededores. Muchas gracias Isabel y Manolo por esta experiencia tan magnífica. Repetiremos con el calorcito para aprovechar la piscina :)

La mejor casa rural
Esta casa es de diez. Hemos estado una semana en agosto y lo hemos pasado genial, la casa más limpia que hemos estado, tiene de todo lo que uno pueda imaginar, la piscina una pasada y la barbacoa de lujo. Una casa muy acogedora y bonita, desde allí se pueden hacer excursiones, pero con la piscina es difícil salir de la casa. Los propietarios más atentos y majos que hemos conocido, Isabel nos recibió con una tortilla exquisita y todo un banquete, después de horas de viaje fué un detallazo, Manuel tan amable y servicial nos dio un paseo por la zona y en todo momento estuvieron muy atentos con nosotros, diciéndonos donde podíamos comprar. Por cierto los tomatitos cherry del huerto exquitos. Gracias familia por todo.
