"First impressions weren’t great. We were carrying our luggage up to the doors and a member of staff came ahead of us and promptly let the big outside door swing shut in our faces as we approached! Reception was empty and after 30 seconds the manager appeared and finished a phone call quickly to deal with us. The room was on the second floor and there was no lift.
