"We LOVED this property. The pool / lounge area is extraordinary - the pictures don't come close to doing it justice. My kids and I stayed here for 6 nights; the staff is meticulously trained and welcoming. Stevie the concierge was very helpful. Had a few issues with our mini-fridge and maintenance took care of it immediately. Customer service was 10/10 in every element of the word and with every interaction we had. The location is central and really convenient. The gym is the most well-equipped hotel gym I've ever used (and I was a personal trainer for 10 years, so I have high standards for gyms) --- incredible gym. The hotel lobby was comfortable and great to hang out in. "

"The property is spacious and conditions are well maintained. The parking is a bit pricey but the property manager is willing to go out and provide solution. Therr is an onsite Don Don for a quick and easy meal, suitable for travellers and families alike. "

"Parking available almost next door for $55 a day. Hotel in best location ever for shops, food, transport and activities. Room very comfortable (2 large queen beds). Serviced daily, OR opt for $10 voucher a day instead. "
