"The Langham is a magnificent hotel and the staff are brilliant . Unfortunately a building next door is being demolished and the resulting noise is very annoying ( started drilling at 7.25am finished at 5.25pm. The hotel staff tried their best but the noise is a big problem . However it won’t stop us staying there in future "

"Negatives: 1.) We booked 2 one- bdr. apartements with balconies, however, not one chair or outdoor table on these balconies. Totally empty. The idea was to sit in the sun sometimes abs get some fresh air. This is why you hook a balcony and ist more. 2.) no recycling bins in any of the 4 units in our group, though signs how much the hotel tries to recycle. 3.) breakfast was good, the coffee machine was the cause of much frustration with lots of guests. "Was a pleasure to be back, staff here are the best from reception to cleaning staff. Left hotel and realised i had left clothes behind. A big thanks to cleaning staff for sending my property to lost items. If there is any problem here it’s the windows for City view rooms. It’s well overdue they were cleaned externally."
