"My stay was amazing. When I arrived Oliver sat with me and explained the must see places and what to expect in Marrakesh. The Riad is located in the perfect place -most of the sightseeing places are walking distance. The Riad is very pretty and the staff are absolutely lovely. "

The riad has been meticulously put together and is a joy to walk around — each time you enter the common areas or the bedrooms you notice new details or pieces of history or artefacts. Aside from bursting with tasteful creativity, the riad has an on-site jacuzzi, hammam and massage room which are fun to try out. There is also a nice spacious terrace set across two levels, which is good for relaxing or eating and provides a vantage point to observe a family of storks...

"The pro’s of this property is the room is comfortable and has everything needed, and the hotel is close to attractions and dining options. Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager. This is very poor manners, pushy and made me feel very uncomfortable. A tip should...

"The staff were so helpful at accomodating my late-night check-in after a flight delay. They offered to arrange transportation from the airport for me, and at no point was i left to walk the street alone to get to the riad. I was served tea and allowed to relax while check-in was completed. The staff were very kind and my room was kept fresh. I recommend trying the hammam spa treatment! It completed the experience. "
