"This is a WONDERFULLY quiet, small high quality hotel that's far removed from busy downtown Memphis. Tiny lobby and respectful well-trained front desk staff was really a pleasant change from most larger hotels. The included DELUXE hot breakfast that you order from the regular menu was fantastic, and easily worth $30 each, but it's included. When they brought the breakfast bill (which I would have been happy to pay), it was "all zeros". Best real fresh squeezed orange juice and homemade zesty...

"The front desk staff and valet staff were great. The gentleman at the bar was also very nice. But, we ended up going to target to buy cleaning supplies because the bathroom was dirty, the couch had hair and stains, and there were no trash can liners. Housekeeping staff that we came across were either on the phone or gathered having loud conversations... The location was great, we walked just about every where we went."
