What a lovely apartment!
This is a lovely apartment. It’s spacious with lots of light. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything we need. I would definitely return here. It would make a beautiful art studio. One small thing if you’re planning on having coffee, there is a Keurig, but you need to bring your own pods.

Great place to stay
Within walking distance to FedEx stadium and restaurants. Free street parking in front of building. Key code is needed to get into building. Very spacious place! We enjoyed our stay here.

Sweet Little Gem

Nice stay in apartment very close to National Civil Rights Museum. Plenty of room in modern building within short walking distance to Beale Street. Also close to Central BBQ and Arcade Restaurant. Enjoyable stay.

Perfect!
Our stay at this property was amazing, great views, close to downtown and famous landmarks and the property host Elijah was incredible! He made sure our stay had all the comforts of home, he even provided us with an ice chest to use during our softball tournament. Cleanliness of the property was spot on and the ease of all the amenities met our needs. Thank you Elijah for everything

The loft is Beautiful. Exactly like the pictures. The whole responded in a timely manner. Parking can be a little tricky but once you find a space is it good. Will be staying here again when we come back to Memphis.

Awesome Huge Condo Close To Everthing!
Nice clean place in Memphis right across from Civil Rights Museum and walking distance to Beale St!!! This place is huge and the pics don’t give it justice. Great spot.

Perfect location
Loft was in a perfect and safe location. We were able to walk to the river park, Main and Beale street, trolley stop, and great restaurants.Very clean. Furniture and beds were uncomfortable. The building had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. Our loft did not.

Had a great stay. Loved the loft and its location. If we were to offer improvements it would be to fix and clean the air conditioning unit. So loud it woke everyone up and we found the filter on it was displaced and very clogged with dust. Other than that, it was great.

The Loft was as expected like in description with pictures . We did come across AC issues upon arrival , but Host was on it to get it fixed and prompt to make us feel comfortable. Elijah our host was always attentive to our needs and stayed in full contact with us to makes sure AC was in good working conditions. Even brought in portable ac units to assure our stay was going to be comfortable in Loft. Parking was a bit concerning, but manageable . There was construction going around the area but nothing to be concerned ,especially at night. Would stay again.

Good location, sun filled apartment..
Lovely sun filled spacious apartment. Walking distance to Beale Street and very close to Main Street trolly stop. Opposite the Lorraine Hotel with the Neon sign..quite amazing to be so close to history. Good Fortune Company restaurant a good find and close to Gus’s World famous chicken! Communication very good. My suggestion to our host is, more coat hangers and a large full length mirror would be appreciated. Minor details but easy to fix. If ever we are back in Memphis this week be our home again. 3 senior travellers from Australia..
